2026.04.10The 5th LNP Formulation & Process Development Summit has successfully concluded in Boston, bringing together leading innovators across the global RNA delivery ecosystem. As a CDMO focused on integrated mRNA-LNP solutions, Enorna participated extensively through exhibition showcases, poster presentations, and a featured technical presentation—engaging directly with global leaders advancing the frontier of LNP technologies and therapeutics.
Although the three-day summit has come to an end, the conversations, connections, and collaboration opportunities initiated in Boston continue to gain momentum.

Throughout the conference, Enorna’s booth attracted continuous engagement from attendees across the industry. We showcased our end-to-end platform capabilities spanning mRNA-LNP process development, analytical method development, and GMP manufacturing, supported by technical datasets that highlighted the depth behind our integrated “one-stop” CDMO solutions.
During the poster session, we presented in vitro validation, in vivo efficacy, and process scale-up stability data for our proprietary in vivo CAR platform. The data generated strong interest from technical and scientific leaders across the industry and led to in-depth discussions around translational potential and manufacturing scalability.
At the featured presentation session, Ms. Wenhui Gao, Head of Global Business Development at Enorna, provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s fully integrated mRNA-LNP platform built around advanced LNP/tLNP delivery technologies. She also introduced, for the first time to an international audience, Enorna's Bench-to-Clinic IIT support capabilities for mRNA-LNP therapeutics — combining GMP manufacturing expertise with established partnerships in preclinical toxicology and clinical research to help global innovators accelerate clinical translation.

Following the presentation, multiple biotech companies from the U.S. and Europe actively approached our team to explore potential collaborations in areas including in vivo CAR and other mRNA-LNP therapeutic pipelines. These discussions not only reflected recognition of Enorna’s technical capabilities, but also underscored the growing industry demand for CDMO partners that can deliver quality, reliability, and speed with confidence.
One key takeaway from this year’s summit was clear: the mRNA-LNP field is rapidly evolving from early proof-of-concept programs toward industrialization and product differentiation. At the same time, expectations for CDMO partners are also changing. Today, success is no longer defined simply by the ability to execute — but by the ability to execute efficiently, reproducibly, and at scale.
Enorna will continue advancing its LNP/tLNP delivery platform technologies, with a strong focus on emerging areas including in vivo CAR, gene editing, cancer immunotherapy, and protein replacement therapies. We remain committed to building differentiated technical capabilities that empower the next generation of RNA therapeutics.
At the same time, we are accelerating our global business expansion to better support innovative biotech and pharmaceutical partners worldwide through closer collaboration and localized engagement.
